TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and conditions apply to all the holiday packages you book with Yakky Tours Private Limited. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. By requesting Yakky Tours Private Limited to confirm your Nepal tour package, Bhutan, or Tibet holiday, tour, or trip, we will assume that you have read through our terms and conditions carefully.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

If you are satisfied with our package on the website, you can click “BOOK THIS TRIP.” In this form, you will have to provide us with all the information requested. The packages whose prices are already quoted are based on deluxe, 3-star hotels. If you wish to upgrade the hotel, you may select the upgrade option. After we get your inquiry, we will provide you with the detailed program, our final quotation, and our suggestions and recommendations. The quotation provided will fully state “what is included” and “what is excluded” in the final price.

If you wish to have a tailor made itinerary the you may request for tailor made itinerary by clicking ” PESONALIZE MY TRIP“. Similarly you will have to provide all the information. After we receive your enquiry we will get back to you with the detailed itinerary and our quotation.

BOOKING STATUS

After you are satisfied with the program and our quotation, you will have to send us a written letter of confirmation. After we receive the line of confirmation from your side, we will book all the services and send the booking status along with our tour invoice.

CONFIRMATION

After the receipt of the invoice, the traveler will have to pay the following deposit amount into our bank accounts, which is due 25 days prior to your travel date:

1. FOR NEPAL HOLIDAY:

25% of the total invoiced tour amount; 100% of the internal airfare (if included in the package)

2. FOR BHUTAN HOLIDAY:

100% of total invoiced amount including Kathmandu/Paro/Kathmandu airfare

3. FOR TIBET HOLIDAY:

50 % of the total invoiced tour; 100% of internal airfare (Kathmandu/Lhasa/Kathmandu)

(Please note, Tibet holidays confirmation should be received sent to Yakky Tours Private Limited at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip. Yakky Tours Private Limited will require travelers’ scanned passports and advance payment at the same time.

Upon receipt of the advance payment, Yakky Tours will send the traveler the receipt of the payment along with the hotel vouchers.

The remaining 50% for the Nepal Holiday and Tibet holiday will be collect upon your arrival in Kathmandu in USD cash.

PAYMENT

Due to the restriction imposed by the Central Bank of Nepal on online payment by credit cards and through PayPal accounts, travelers will have to transfer 50% of the tour amount into our company bank account through a bank-to-bank transfer, also known as a telex transfer in many countries. Yakky Tours will provide its company bank account along with the tour invoice.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The traveler knows that certain risks and hazards may happen during the course of the journey, including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in mountainous terrain, accidents or illness in distant locations without medical equipment, and forces of nature.

Yakky Tours Private Limited will not be held liable for any inherent risks, loss, property damage, accident, personal injury, death, etc. of any nature. There is no insurance coverage on our holiday packages. Hence, for precaution, it is highly advisable to have a travel insurance policy from your country before commencing the journey. It should adequately cover and reimburse for medical assistance, baggage loss, tour cancellation, and helicopter evacuation if necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY (ON INVOICED AMOUNT)

( We request you to be very careful as Bhutan have very strict Cancellation Policy. Any cancellation before 25 days before the travel date will not be entertained)
